Terry Lawson Ross, passed away at home May 25, 2020, peacefully with his family under hospice care. He was born November 18, 1954, in Battle Creek, Michigan, the son of Charles and Marjorie (Cable) Ross. Terry graduated from Williamston High School with the class of 1972. He married his high school sweetheart: Cynthia Ann (Ross) Ross, she was from Webberville, Michigan and they were married on October 25, 1974.
Terry leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife: Cynthia Ann, parents Charles Leroy and Marjorie Frances (Cable) Ross of Palmetto, Florida; daughter: Cori Michelle (Drew Pearson) Ross, sons: Charles Johnathan (CJ) Ross and Beau Tyler (Caitlin Merkel) Ross; granddaughters: Madysen Renee Ross, Alyssa Nicole Ross, Oakley Ann Ross; grandson: Trip Lawson Ross of Delton, Michigan; granddaughters: Penelope Kay (PK) Pearson and Elliott Tyler Pearson of Richland, Michigan; sister: Dawn (Larry) Ostrander; brother: Scott (Barb) Ross of Battle Creek, Michigan and many nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins and friends who will miss him dearly.
Terry owned Eddie’s Well and Pump Service in Delton, Michigan, and worked at Oldsmobile in Lansing, Michigan right out of high school.
He loved hunting, fishing, woodworking, building bird houses, babysitting grandchildren, horticulture, his greenhouse, and working in the garden. He was an avid outdoorsman and always fun to be around. He loved visiting his circle of friends each afternoon and his voice will be remembered by all!
Terry will be remembered as a loving husband, son, brother, father, grandfather, uncle, nephew, friend, etc.
Even though God takes loved ones away from us, they will always remain in our hearts.
Due to Covid-19 pandemic, cremation has taken place, and a celebration of his life will take place at a later date when it is safe for family and friends to be together.
