My heartfelt sympathies to you all. You will be in my prayers during this difficult time. I had the pleasure of getting to know sweet Sharon when she would be brought to my church, Bethel Baptist, on occasion by a couple in our church. She had a quick smile, genuine compassion for others, and an infectious, goofy laugh! She was always the first to raise her hand to request prayer when a friend, family member, or when she herself had a need, ailment, or would be traveling. She had faith that her prayers would be answered. My husband passed away unexpectedly a couple of years ago, which made me a young widow, and that troubled her so. She still would let me know each time I saw her that she was so sorry about that. She even called me a couple of times recently to help brighten my day. One of those calls I missed, and she left me the sweetest voice mail message. I still have that recording, and it’s just precious! Sharon appears to have fulfilled her purpose here on Earth, to help show God’s love, compassion, forgiveness, generosity, etc. to those who crossed her path. She was a blessing to many, and I feel very fortunate to have been one of those who’s life she touched!
With love in Christ,
Kim Phelps

Her beautiful contagious smile her heartwarming hugs. I will truly miss walking into work and hearing her say "you're my favorite" although I know she told all the caregivers at Tidd's AFC that they were her favorite. I will always love you Sharon and you are truly missed.
